Freedom Village Shopping Center Expansion: west side of Georgetown Blvd., north side of Lee Lane - 8,800 SF expansion at northwest end of building; concept site plan to PC for review Oct. 2006

Southern Automatic Transmission: northwest corner of MD 32 and Piney Ridge Pkwy. - 4,800 SF new building, site plan approved by PC (mylar has been completed)

Rippel's Rainbow, Addition to (Eldersburg Veterinary Clinic): south side of MD 26, across from Walnut Avenue & Long Meadow Drive - new 75-foot by 40-foot building; site plan approved by PC

Baskin-Robbins/Dunkin Donuts: south side of Liberty Road, east side of Marvin Avenue - 1,920 SF building; concept site plan has been to PC (finalizing SHA comments)

Princess Shopping Center (2nd amended site plan): south side of Liberty Road, west of MD 32 - additional building (27,443 SF) [decrease size of previously approved building of 48,602 SF]; concept site plan going to SAC Sept. 2006
